Message	show a shop with the Grand Opening Sign still up. People want satisfaction for sure, but if you walk out and get mad and never come back to the shop to work things out, then you are only screwing yourself. Bitching like a girlieman will not solve problems expereinced at a shop. Talking about it intelliegently in a calm voice will. There are several whiners @TT.net who say the same thing about Z1 and its the same story, nothing new.
